Anyone has a good SA to recommend so that I can get him/her to lookout for this item for me?
I went to the boutique at MBS on 31 Jul evening. After being in queue for more than 30 minutes, I got in to the store. I was told by a SA wearing round rim glasses that they do not have the small vanity case with chain. When I asked if she could take down my name and call me if they ever have one in store, she said “you will never have a chance”. She wore a smile throughout the conversation. Rather than appearing friendly, it seemed more like she was mocking me. So sad, even in this pandemic, instead of trying to
win over customers, she drove one away.

Actually she is not wrong. She is just being honest with you instead of keeping your hopes high and waiting The small vanity in this season in all colours are only sold via allocation basis. And I heard all the allocation are done and completed.
Actually if it were me, i would prefer for her to be honest as well given that its on an allocation basis and not for walk-in. I understand that it might be disappointing to hear but at least since you knw that chances are slim, you can try to source it from somewhere else

I know but there is a way of putting across the same information in a tactful manner.
I thibk you should call up the boutiques with the reference code for this pair of earrings to check if it has come in. Not all styles are displayed online, even instore. I managed to get the dangle version of this pair, only by waitlisting. Hope this helps..

Well, I went to mbs store the other day and two SAs walked toward me . The second SA refused to budge and so the one who Initially started to approached me first left me with her. I felt bad and hence after making one purchase with the second SA, decided to go back to the first one and was thinking of getting another item so both of them have a lil something for the day. I went up to her, said hi, only to be greeted with a stare and she promptly needed to rearrange what was in the display and walked off..
When I visited NAC couple of days ago, there're only the gold, silver and deep purple. Last weekend when I dropped by MBS, they had no 20A colours. There's a very long waiting list for lilac and the chances of getting is very unlikely. For other colours, would need to wait for the stock to come in...

The lilac is soooo beautiful, I like the beige in chevron too but don’t know if it’ll come in mini. Waiting for the miracle call from my SA. She managed to score 18b caviar mini square in black for me before so hoping for another miracle
