If you are from Hongkong.. then I would think.. it'll probably works out to be about the same price after Tourist Tax Refund.. I'm not sure what tourist gets back .. the full 7% or less?

Yup..HKD is tax free throughout.
But Singapore is $3340 with tax.
So if u are comparing between HKD - SGD..
You hv to see which currency is in your favour.

I actually meant.. after tax refund... the cost of WOC in Singapore.. is about the same as the cost of it in Hongkong.

Me. Quite straight forward process. You bring bag and card to boutique. If not under warranty, boutique will quote you (abt $100? $50?) a price. Then you wait for their call once bag is fixed. Sometimes, if more work needs to be done, or the repair costs is higher than their quote, they will call you and ask for pernission to go ahead with the repair. Takes about 3 weeks.
