I wish I remembered the name of the girl I spoke to from the Encore location. I've never actually been to the store but she was on vacation in San Diego and purchased a pair of Tom Ford cat eye sunglasses from me at Nordstrom and she was telling me about her store and she was honestly the sweetest thing ever.

I hope that I'll be able to find some sweet SA's while there! I've heard mixed reviews on the Vegas SA's.

Firdos at NM Las Vegas Chanel is the best! She's so sweet and helpful! You have to visit her of you are ever in vegas plus she's so delightful and will track down whatever you are looking for! Let me know if you need her phone number! Just PM me! I hope this is helpful!

Oh and by the way if you're looking for a classic they have plenty in stock in both lambskin and caviar.

Both stores told me upfront that the bag I was looking for was sold out across the nation, which I found really hard to believe. Went to the NM boutique on the recommendation of my friend who sent me her SA's contact info and he was able to find me my bag! The bad service may have been because I was a high school student back then and people don't normally take young kids seriously when it comes to purchasing high-end goods.

I'm heading back to Vegas this week for my 21st birthday and will give the stores another go. Fingers crossed the experience will be better!

The Chanel in NM may be wholesale and not actually ran by Chanel so freestanding Chanel wouldn't have access to NM product since NM actually bought it from Chanel and is just authorized to sell it.

I just came back from Vegas and visited all 4 Chanel locations (NM at Fashion Show Mall, Boutiques at Wynn, Encore and Bellagio). Seems like they all have different items. They only display the newest or most popular items but they definitely have more hidden in back rooms/closets/draws in which you really have to ask them for. All SAs were very nice and knowledgable. Just tell them what you are looking for and they will find it or recommend something similar to you.

Thank you to all those who gave me info on the Las Vegas stores and SA's!! I actually ended up buying the m/l black classic with SHW here in my hometown before the Vegas trip...I guess I couldn't wait. ;)
