Chanel in Las Vegas

I bought my first ever (and prob last according to my hubby - but I digress) Chanel purse - French Riviera small tote bag in black. I would like to take it when hubby and I go to Vegas but I'm concerned about the smokey casinos. I also do not smoke.

For the Chanel experts, should my purse stay home or risk bringing it for some gambling fun in a smokey environment? TIA!

i brought my flap when we went to vegas and it doesn't caught any smokey smell but then maybe because i don't smoke and i never put my purse near the smokers. and we usually stay & dine in a non-smoking room.

I find that even though the casinos smell like smoke, the ventilation keeps it moving and so it doesn't seep into my clothes or bags at all, unless you're sitting right next to a smoker. Might be a different story if your tote is in lambskin or something porous like that, but my caviar, canvas and other materials have always been fine.

Hello everyone!! I am from Canada and I will be heading to Las Vegas next week for the first time. I will be staying at the Venetian and I would like to know if there are any Chanel sales or Neiman Marcus Last Calls with some Chanel deals nearby. Any information will help. Thanks in advance!! :smile1:
I don't think Last Call will have Chanel bags. There is a Chanel store within walking distance of the Venetian.

I visited the Wynn boutique once three years ago and had a horrible experience with their CS, and same with Bellagio. Both stores told me upfront that the bag I was looking for was sold out across the nation, which I found really hard to believe. Went to the NM boutique on the recommendation of my friend who sent me her SA's contact info and he was able to find me my bag! The bad service may have been because I was a high school student back then and people don't normally take young kids seriously when it comes to purchasing high-end goods.

I'm heading back to Vegas this week for my 21st birthday and will give the stores another go. Fingers crossed the experience will be better!

Hello all,

I will be taking a trip to Las Vegas next week and was hoping to maybe purchase my first Chanel bag :smile1:. After much online research and Forum reading, I’d most like to purchase a black classic flap in caviar leather. Any tips on which of the stores in Vegas tend to have a larger supply of the classics? Any suggestions for a SA that would be helpful?

Any tips would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Leah Forsythe in Encore Chanel, she is a darling.
Liz Merriweather in Wynn Chanel, great customer attention.
Both no pressures, just lovely to chat & show you the goodies :-)
