I recommend Jason at Bellagio, Anna at the Wynn, or Charlie at NM Fashion Show Mall. I am going this weekend and will be buying a bag...can't wait!!

I second the recommendation for Tem at Chanel Wynn. She is very polite, sweet and willing to take pictures for me to preview before the purchase. She is very patient. Have fun shopping

Neiman Marcus has a Chanel also.
In all honesty, I hated the Vegas SAs. They were all terrible. One woman SA at the Wynn actually walked away while I was talking b/c she saw some high roller. She didn't even bother to excuse herself. I was totally appauled by her behavior.
That said, I have heard good things about Jason (?) at the Bellagio though I've not met him myself.

I had the same experience at Wynn in LV as well. The SA completely walked away after I asked to look at a bag.... I was so livid I actually called to complain. I was told that a bottle of perfume was going to be sent to me as an apology...but nothing ever came. Bellagio would be my pick!

I bought my bag from Tem and had a good experience...but then I am a person who would rather look on my own and not be bothered by SA so if the others were ignoring me I probably wouldn't even notice. I did talk to a couple of others too but didn't catch their names.
