Went to Chanel in Milan, Florence and Rome in the past two weeks. Minimal stock for classic bags
Hi, I'm in Italy and I know Florence very well. Florence shouldn't be very busy, especially if you're not going on a saturday or sunday, but I've never been to Chanel (piazza della Signoria) post covid so I don't know what has changed and if you may need an appointment.

Awesome! I’m planning to go during the week. I was thinking of making an appointment in Milan, since I’ll be there first, then I’d they don’t have any WOC I like making an appointment in Florence for a Thursday or Friday. I just hope they have stock, I’ve seen such mixed reviews.
I was just in rome today and literally they said they had nothing despite having stuff on display.

At some point I honestly thought they were profiling me as I had no luxury labels on at all. Sorry not sorry that I’m not traveling in labels while I trekk all over rome just to look nice at a luxury item store. I’m popping into the store to shop around more important time seeing history and magnificence, not making my day around shopping for consumer goods
That’s so disappointing. I read online the Rome stores were iffy. I’ve also read that people have said they have stuff on display but they’re told they have nothing which is ridiculous. I’m giving the two stores a try popping in and if they don’t have what I want I’ll go to Celine or somewhere else and get another bag I’m eying. Who has time for the bs on vacay.
I know nothing about current stock but my experience with the Milan store was quite good. I was there just before a new collection launch so obviously not much stock but they were straightforward about it and offered to look at the upcoming items on the tablet.
Just checked, the boy WOC is 3000€ and the 19 3600€. Phew, they're getting expensive too...
