Total CHANEL newbie here.
I really want a black Chanel rectangle mini (because of crossbody strap).
Last time I went into the boutique, the SA told me it would probably be back end of February/beginning of March, when the new collection comes in.
And she would mail me.
The boutique is 2 hrs away from me
Sooooo... the negative Nancy I am. I somehow doubt I’ll get the massage from her.
I have the chance to drop by the boutique next weekend.
Should I try?
When do they get the new stuff in at the boutiques?
I’ve seen on the website they already updated the collection.

My SA in Frankfurt said new collection is coming out tomorrow March 3rd and she just reserved a mini flap for me. Did yours contact you yet?

No, she hasn’t contacted me. And she hasn’t replied to an email I sent her a week ago.
As I mentioned before: I think they don’t give a rat’s a** about me, since I am not a registered customer with them.

so sorry to hear that. My SA was nice enough to reserve me this mini even though I don’t have a purchase history or anything with them. Maybe you could try come in the store, they just started selling 20S so maybe you’ll get lucky and score one!Wow.

When I went there, I even offered to pay FULL to reserve the bag. She said they cannot reserve bags for anyone (sounds like a lie to me). But then again having some kind of waiting list?!?! Doesn’t make much sense anyway.
I just keep dropping by the Chanel boutique whenever I have the chance and ask for the bag. I honestly think that’s all I can do.

I went to the boutique today again and this time I had a total different SA and after basically lying to me about NOT having my desired bag in store..
She somehow did... after I probably seemed quite desperate and told her my story
She said it’s suppose to be for another client on hervwaitlist. But she’ll call her one more time (she already did yesterday) and if she doesn’t answer, I’ll get the bag!
Loooo and behold! She didn’t pick up and I got the bag!
It’s so ridiculous.
I was so thankful towards her.... for giving her thousands of Euros....?!
So stupid. I hate myself for not being able to just walk away and let go of what I really want. Cause my integrity would tell me to seriously not let myself be treated like that.
