Don‘t give up yet! You never know...
Munich had few brooches (50% off. Think percentages vary between 40 and 50%) but the ones they had were lovely! Small and large with pearls, iridescent purple stones and plain ones. Could have taken them all but hardly ever wear brooches. Hope you get some nice ones!

i had a super nice SA from Berlin. He reserved a Mini for me last year (without purchase history, knowing me in person or deposit) Very good service. Let me know if someone wants the contact details.

My experience is that boutiques in Germany happily take your details for a mini as long as they know you are "local"/regular customer and as long as you reach out within a reasonable timeframe (ideally 4-2 weeks before official launch date as minis usually come in with the collection's first shipment). That being said, the next seasons will not offer caviar minis as Chanel wants to focus on lamb this year. But of course, this might change again and does not mean that there might not be 1 or 2 colours offered in caviar in addition to lamb. Please also note that Munich still has a lot of lamb minis available as of yesterday, just in case anyone is interested.

As a guy and a local i would love if you could share his business card with us! I have mixed feelings about the Chanel SAs in Berlin (at least in the KaDeWe) but i've never seen a guy and ofcourse i haven't met everyone so don't wanna generalize.

Curiously that is limited only to Chanel - Hermes / Dior / LV / Gucci have extremely helpful people.

Try switching stores. Chanel in KaDeWe hasn't been much of a pleasure to deal with the past years. The main boutique is a lot more open and friendly, so why don't you try your luck there? :)

I´m a little bit surprised about the not so positive reviews for the boutique inside KaDeWe.
There are at least two very lovely male SAs (Petr and Bastian) who I would highly recommend.
Especially Petr helped me to acquire several pieces that were not available in Germany, is always up for a little
chat and in general a pleasure to deal with.
Although the staff at Kudamm is friendly as well, I try to buy everything from him.

I love Kadewe boutique! Everyone is so kind. Bastian is great, he found nice things for me that were in other boutiques. Beatrix is just a darling! Always count on honest advice from both of them. Nice selection and better stock than London.
Kudamm is friendly too but smaller.
