I bought the burgundy cf 21b and I like it very much because it has an aubergine undertone. That's why I can really recommend the burgundy from the 21b collection. I think the undertone for the burgundy is very important. Some burgundy have a brown undertone which I personally don't like. Have you seen the 21b burgundy in the boutique?
Just left my appointment with my SA. I was able to put my name on the list for the brown 19 (nb356) and the light purple (nf289 violet Clair) mini reissue (store will only receive 2 and I’m first on the list for it). She did not see the brown 19 color code in the system but still put my name down anyway. The only brown with that color code that she saw was 21P. She said she’d do more research on the brown and let me know if she finds anything. I just had to leave my card info. NO deposit and will be charged the full amount when the bag arrives, like last time.
She told me she didn’t know an exact date for release as it depends on shipments and stock left. For reference, for 21b she told me that I’d get my bag at the end of July/early august and I got the notification on July 15.

Is anyone else having trouble trying to reserve items for this collection? I’ve reached out to a few SAs and all have become non responsive or don’t acknowledge my question/request. I ask if they can assist me with reserves and they all say yes, but then once I respond with what I am looking for it goes dead silent.

Don’t be sad, sweetie. Just send an email/text (whatever he/she prefers) and say that you’re sorry for spamming him/her but you’re still very interested in item Xxxx & pls put you on the list if possible. Then see what happens. Stay polite and be happy. I don’t understand what is going on but a lot of SAs seem overwhelmed with work. It sounds like Chanel needs more staff. Good luck, dear.
Hello all, I can only get one bag for 21k. I am torn, should I try to reserve for the irridescent pink coco handle or the mini?
Me too hahah! So the CH is caviar but the mini calf skin. I like the classic mini style more but I already have it in a different color and I don’t own a CH. I wish we are able to see these bags in person :/
Same predicament; can only get one. I have both minis and small (previously called mini) coco handles, and it is a pretty close tie for my favorite style.
i Love that the mini rectangular is the classic look, but in a cute little crossbody. And the small coco handle has really hooked me now, I adore the top handle, I love that I can carry it on my shoulder or by the top handle - plus I have purchased strap extenders on Amazon that allows me to wear crossbody too.
I put my name on the list for the pink coco handle because I have more mins that coco handles
Same here for me, though my SA is not super nice or helpful all the time but she did help me to score the bags I am looking for for a few time before. Usually she will reply my msg even though with just an “ok”. But when I am asking for new collection item, she becomes silent. Is it because they have policies not to disclose intel too early? I don’t know
