So strange! Completely agree! In fact I just checked on one of my reserves, the other day. I was curious of my odds, knowing lately they only get small quantities of certain bags. My advisor said, I’m first. Did you give them the color code? I know none of my advisers could of done it without the exact code, they said as much. But sounds like your store is saying they are not doing reserves at all?!?!

I would be more than happy to ask for you, just let me know.

I would love for you to ask for me actually, my advisor just said they're not doing any physical list - just taking down information and then it's first come first serve on the day of launch...which they don't know yet. I also asked if they had buy lists yet to which she also responded no. This is South Coast Plaza.

I know it’s a pain sometimes going back to the start of a thread, but there are pictures with color codes towards the start. Not many pages on here so won’t take long to find.

Thanks a lot for your feedback dear, i actually used the Codes from the first pages, because i have followed the Collection from its start here. I wanted the light purple. Both from this and 21 metier d‘arts. But they told me the Codes weren‘t in their system.

Have you been trying from a department store? The two stores that did my 21K reserves are stand alone boutiques, Chicago & Beverly Hills. The other main advisor I use is Houston Galleria NM, and they wont do yet.

What reserves are you trying to get? I can reach out and see if any spots are open. I know most filled really fast.

Beverly Hills told me they don't have their book yet. Ack!

Hi dear! I could be mistaken but I think caramel (flap at least) is only reappearing in 21A. 21k seems pastel heavy, like a winter wonderland. I would check out the 21a thread! Our Chanel fairy Nat shared images of caramel slg and 19 too a few pages back on that thread. I don’t know an SA taking reserves but maybe some others do in there - reserves seem to be a harder thing to come by these days with the changing policies.

You are correct. The 21K brown swatch looks extremely close to 21P to me! I have only heard of it coming in small & medium cf. Please if someone knows other styles chime in! But those two were the only style/size I was offered in this color.

You can see how similar the 21K swatch looks to the swatch on my tag!

this color reserve has been filled since February or so! Maybe too late now
