I wonder if the wrinkling on the pink will get worse over time? I have a pink iri mini flap on its way to me but with all the wrinkling I’m not sure how the wear and tear will be…

Crumpled glossy calfskin mini…I think some advisor called this pearly/iridescent white?? But looks just glossy and the leather is not smooth.

Thanks for posting this photo, I’ve been wondering how crumpled glossy calfskin leather looks like ever since months ago. I’m glad that I don’t like the crumples at all, much prefer the 21B white caviar classic flap I bought. I considered waiting out for this crumpled calfskin, luckily I didn’t!

Also, perhaps they should start to name the iridescent ones as crumpled leather, then at least Chanel would be able to manage some expectations of all those wrinkly minis we have seen.

Minority here. Actually this fabrication similar to aged calfskin but more vintage looking, kind’na unique IMO, something different from caviar, regular calfskin, patent and aged calfskin.

I agreed with some regular smooth calfskin bags look wrinkly (not so good with quality control) that I’ve seen in 2021 collections to date.

I just got my light blue iridescent mini I love the color more than I thought I would, she’s so much prettier in person. I was torn btwn the blue and the iri purple, but I’m so glad I was chosen for the blue. I still haven’t seen anything in the iri in purple in person. There are some wrinkles that bothered me at first but I love the color so much I don’t care. Plus I won’t have to worry about it getting scratched because it’s how the leather is supposed to look. The bag feels durable and I won’t have to baby it like I do my lambskin CF’s. It def is on the stiffer side but I actually prefer it for this color so I won’t be afraid to use her. I think she’s my favorite bag I own
