I think these 2 pics from IG captured the iridescent blue much better and we can see the different between iridescent blue and iridescent purple.

Just brought my new purple goodies home, Here is a side by side comparison of 21K purple and 20S purple …. I also threw in 21A grey in the comparison since we all have been thinking the 21K is pulling a bit greyish…. I noticed with flash ON the grey and light purple are vastly different but with the flash OFF they look very similar-

Hope this helps someone trying to figure this Chameleon of a color out

1) The bag is made of gold mesh, not sequins.
2) I was not concerned about the hardware - it’s aged gold and hence would not have much issues with showing darkening.
3) Reason I asked was because my SA had said the mesh “may darken over time with use”. I naturally associated darkening with oxidisation when it comes to metals. My SA did not recommend me getting this bag, however I am still drawn to it.

Hence, ideally, I was hoping for thoughts from members who had more accurate insights on the gold mesh material used - and especially if they have seen the bag IRL or found out more about it from their SAs or own bags made from similar material. Hope this clears, thanks.

I have had glomesh over the years and often check what is in a vintage store looking for more. Glomesh seems to last forever, it doesnt oxidize.

Yay!! Launch day! I have two bags reserved that I intend to buy this season….but I want them to come as late as possible. I hate spending money and these prices are killing me off to ban island until the winter sale

I feel you, the price increases are steep. Will you share any winter sale details as you have them!? I have only stumbled upon chanel sales by accident and typically on vacation in Europe. I haven't traveled abroad since covid and so miss the feeling of getting a "bargain" shopping in Europe can't wait to see your new bags when you receive them!
