My white coco handle arrived and it has a black stain on the handle and it looks like the handle is leaning back too far. It arrived in the tiniest box and I can’t even fit it back in. So disappointing!!!

I don’t think handle is leaning back too far; I have one that looks like that. But yeah, black stain would bother me. I had a little dot on mine, but I was able to take out with leather conditioner. Looks a little like ink.

I don’t understand how you could miss these details/defects it’s the first thing I noticed

Right?!? Wow that looks perfect! I am returning for sure. Second a bag from this location with issues. Last season I bought the trendy in grey and it arrived with scratches all over it. The SA is going to be mad at me and I feel bad but I think these bags need to be inspected before they are shipped. The box was just shocking couldn’t believe they shoved it in there so tightly! I don’t think it was the SA maybe the person that does the boxes!

Many were saying that I posted a light blue classic flap from the wrong season around page 130. Recently, moderators deleted the entire confrontation. My argument: the light affects the color of the light blue. It was 21K all along... I keep seeing the same medium toned blue on instagram and xiaohongshu and facebook. And nobody questions it or accuses the posters of posting the wrong season.

It's obvious by now having seen the color in stores and having taken photos myself using different digital cameras and cellphones. Both NF289 and NF290 sometimes veers to PERIWINKLE BLUE depending on the light conditions of the photo. When you see photos that look too medium toned blue or too dark, it's STILL 21K. There's proof attached in 21K photo that other instagramers took. This is the same source for the controversial classic flap images that I posted earlier.

I would like people to *not leap on me with accusations* and be more OPEN-minded on this forum.
