I would try to see how difficult it is to get an exchange. If it is pretty difficult I may still cave even though it bothers me

I would try to get the crease out, if not return. For the price of these bags they should come in perfect condition

Unfortunately this is pretty normal for 1) coco handles and 2) chevron. Coco handles usually have sides that look like that and it’s very hard to find chevron without creasing. That being said, it would bother me so I would try to exchange and see if you can find one at least without a crease front and center.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure i’m not nitpicking. I’m watching a lot of videos and photos and I don’t see the side squashed like that. This is my first coco handle so I can’t compare. But thank you for the response!

Not nitpicking at all! If it bothers you then it’s definitely worth finding a replacement. Good news is since the season hasn’t even officially launched yet chances are you’ll be able to find another one without too much trouble!
