I just came from Bergdorf's and they have some new merchandise also. If the launch date is the 14th how are people just walking in to purchase hot items today? Bergdorf's had the small the vanity bag, so did the boutique at 57th street.

Confirmed by my SA that NYC got an advanced launch date! Not sure if it happens every collection, but def for 21k!

Experienced Chanel experts, can you help me decide please? I am gonna but my first Chanel bag - thinking of a mini rectangle.
I have a few of questions:
1) which one do you prefer - mini rectangle/square?
2) Which color would you suggest that I go for? - I was thinking black since it's my first Chanel (though Chanel launched such beautiful colors for 21k) - so confused!!
3) Do you think I should go for another bag (say for a budget of chanel mini ($4400) + max $1500 - mini with handle/chanel 19?)
