From my understanding, the 21K is suppose to be the same as the 21P caramel. The color code is the same. The more orange-y tone is the 21A which is a different color code.

Thank you for posting this. Do you know, for the Classic Flap in Iredescent pink, the hardware is classic silver right (not a rainbow type)?

Just to close the loop on this topic if anyone else is wondering, my Saks SA confirmed that the pink iredescent CF for this season does come in small and medium and has silver hardware.

Yep, she read off the colors and it was offered...
I initially asked for the pink iredescent in small and she said they bought the medium and read off the all the iredescent colors that have previously been posted... so I took the pink medium.

If you don’t mind my opinion, I feel the adjustable straps makes the bag look more casual. I think regular minis can go from day to night (casual or formal). I do understand the adjustable strap may be very convenient for some though. Hopefully someone here can answer the strap length question for you, I only have regular minis

I guess it really depends on your height. I'm 5'3" - 5'4" and I feel like the rec mini is slightly too long for me... Very slightly. I also like my crossbody to sit a bit higher so I'm excited about this adjustable strap. But I saw someone on ig speculate that this bag may be a soft bag vs the more structured classic minis. In that case, I would be a bit bummed but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Camera case is 10.5x14.5x6 cm. Pretty small.
