Chanel Fall/Winter Act 1 2021 (21B)

I too loveeee rose Gold! …and this rose gold is an extremely beautiful shade. I don’t own any Hermès Rose Gold items myself (yet hehe), but I can see why some say it reminds them of it. Would love to see if someone has a side by side comparison!

When I first passed on the Rose Gold, it would have been a direct order I placed. I’m pretty considerate so I didn’t want her to do work, get the bag, all while uncertain. So I just said no. When she called out of the blue, I still has mixed feelings, but it wasn’t an order being placed by me… so I said if it’s still there tomorrow that’s my sign.

You are very lucky to have an SA who would work out such things for you, many can only dream of having an SA who knows them well and even thinks of them while on vacay. I think that’s the biggest takeaway from this.

Bag wise, it’s definitely a keeper (I have the same). It doesn’t look like rose gold hardware is coming for 21K - 22P. I’m guessing it may come out again next fall, but who knows? One thing for sure is if it does, price will have increased then.

Plus: As this is a black classic flap, it can be sent for leather restoration under the new program. So years down the road, it can still look almost brand new. Isn’t that amazing.

Sounds like it was meant to be, and you were meant to have this bag! The bag looks beautifuuuul in your photos and the rose gold looks so "soft" and "dainty". And like @flyingfree27 said, you just never know if this hw is going to stay so I'd keep it if I were you! Have you decided?

If i didnt have the black cf in lambskin with ghw, i would have def gone for the rose gold one.. rose gold one is so much more prettier.

My advisor is the best, she makes sure I really want and love the items. That I’m not buying out of obligation, because she knows Im always concerned if she is going to loose out on a sale if I pass.
So I pretty much figured I was just going to sit this one out, while I eagerly wait for 21K lol. But then this happened ha ha.
My Advisor text me Monday night, out of the blue, that she saw a medium pink hardware (she doesn’t call it rose gold) pop up in the system. That she is actually on vacation in NYC, but she is going to call in the morning to see if still available. So she texted me yesterday morning, saying not only is it available, but she was able to put it on hold for me. She said she thinks it’s the last one in the company and because she knows me so well she thinks, even though I said no, I would love it. Now, I’m not sure how accurate her statement about it being the last one is, and what company she meant, Chanel or Neiman Marcus? But I took her advice and I got it. Since she is out of town she had their boutique facilitator processed it and overnight.
My advisor knows me really well, the Rose Gold color is absolutely stunning. I actually prefer it’s warm color to the other gold shades. Im a big gold fan. I really really really really hope they use this color hardware on more bags in the future.
So what do we think? Keeper?

Im showing in next to my “Hershey’s” mini rectangular because the feel of this leather is exactly the same. So if you have or have felt this dark brown bag you know how the Rose Gold cf feels. From photos it looks to me that the So Black leather is also the same. It’s a firmer lambskin. I’m wondering if they are going for a more refined cleaner look? Some of my more buttery, plumper lambskin bags are gorgeous, but wrinkle very easily because of this. Just from grabbing them to wear, I noticed indentations forming. Im pretty picky and knew, to me, it would start to look sloppy. I won’t grab my plump lambskin bags from anything but the chain now. OK… I just couldn’t let go of the defective “bubbles” on my so black mini’s chain. Unbelievably, I found a replacement and here it is! Definitely no bubbles this time (first thing to check ) The lambskin feels a bit thinner and this seems to make the bag a little lighter. Anyway, I’m happy with it

Yay happy you found a replacement!! Received mine today and agree that the lamb skin seems thin and the bag is very light. I did check for bubbles and luckily no imperfections.

Exactly my thoughts hehe. I’m usually not so indecisive, so that threw me off a little. Thank you, it truly is gorgeous. Completely agree with you about the rose gold. It’s actually my favorite hardware now. Would love to see it used with their accessories, bets, shoes rtw, etc. Yes, I think I would regret letting this one go. Thank you for you help!

I got the same medium cf with the pink hw! I agree the lambskin is not puffy like previous seasons, and defiantly seem more delicate than other lambskin bags, and I was a little disappointed in that, but the hardware really sold it for me, it is so special! Hope you enjoy your bag!!
