Hi, like to check if you bought this from MBS or NAC? how do you find the rosegold hw? and the lambskin for this cf? I might go over to check out the dark grey as well and am told that does not come in small size.

For those who are interested to see the comparison of the light grey from 21A and 21B. Top is 21A grey and bottom is 21B grey.
Both colors are lighter in real life. Hard to capture their true colors with my bedroom lighting. But you can tell 21B light grey is indeed darker than the 21A. I also saw the dark grey in the store and it looks almost black I would say.

Hi, I bought from MBS, NAC has stock for it too today. The lambskin I would say is sturdy, quite good and acceptable but not great. There are very tiny holes at certain parts and it’s the same across all the pieces. They are not noticeable unless you scrutinise. The quality of the black lambskin that they had during the Chanel Iconic campaign few months ago is better - but that’s with the usual ghw. If you want only rose gold hardware then you’ll have to make do with this season’s. The rose gold hardware is beautiful and gives off a nice pink shine, looks gorgeous on the shoulder. I have absolutely no regrets getting it. The interior is black though, not burgundy. Good luck with your decision!
I agree! Actually since 21A, all the lambskin pieces seems to have holes on the leather! Sometimes it’s at undesirable spots. Just have to pick a piece (provided they have stocks and let you pick from a few) that has spots that’s not front facing!
Thank you so much for sharing. I m aiming for dark grey cf but today morning I could not leave my desk due to work and now my SA told me that there is no stock. I on my way to head over to NAC to view the black one with rose gold hardware. I am not sure as I always has a soft spot for shades of grey. The SA at MBS told me she yet to see the dark grey. Mind if you can check with your SA if their side already has dark grey cf? Thanks
The 21A burgundy lambskin flap I bought did not have any holes though, I remembered a few other pieces of the same bag also did not have holes for the last season.
So dilemma (first world problem :/) given what I was offered vs my collection. So originally, I asked for a small gray (lighter) 19 but my SA reserved me the dark which I passed on due to it being to dark. I told my SA I would rather, being so dark almost black, have it be true/classic black instead. He told me there was a long long list for the black but he would put me on it anyways, saying I would probably get it in September or October; it was in mid July. i really didn’t think he would call me so soon. I told him really my heart was set on the beige or gray 19: he was able to reserve a beige for me. I am next in line. However, I get a call from him yesterday, not for the beige 19 but for the black.
Dilemma is do I really need another black bag on my collection and should I get something else instead? I have other black/gold bags of different labels.

I really want the beige which I will definitely get no doubt, but was wondering if I should just pass on the black 19 which I was suddenly unexpectedly offered so fast. I honestly think my SA pulled strings for me, because I swear he said 20 people were ahead of me. Do you think I already have the black bag casual covered and should I get something else instead. Also, do you think that 3 Chanel 19s is overkill if I do decide to get the black. Technically, I can get it but yeah, guilty, I feel guilty and bad because these bags aren’t cheap. I want to be more selective and smart in my purchases, be more reasonable. I prefer to stick with classics but again they are even more expensive.

Soooo beautiful!Due to the subtle metallic sheen, honestly it varied depending on how much light there is. I love that feature!!! Here’s another angle. I compared it to the true black felt.

The answer seems obvious from what you are saying - it sounds like you don’t even feel like getting it and hence you shouldn’t. It does seem like you have the black casual bag area covered and I love how you are trying to be more selective. It will pay off well in the future when you see something you truly want in your collection - reserve the spot for that bag. It’s easy to have too many black bags, so eliminate when you can. Just my 2cw
Black 19 is coming in every collection, so I would not be in a hurry of getting it, especially since it seems to me that your heart is not really set on it. Having 3 different 19 bags could be too much, not now but in some time. I was crazy about Gabrielle bag (I still love it) so I bought 3 of them. I worn the black one a lot, sold the beige one and kept the white one. It felt like too many at certain point of time.
When it comes to your question whether black 19 would be redundant, I must say that I feel the black bags are always the most used bags in my collection, hence I would not be so certain about it. However, I have this policy that I only buy what makes my heart beat faster. I would not say this is the case for you with black 19, so I would pass
I do not find it a special bag and considering the fact that we have price increase behind us and that the new collection with a LOT of pastel colours is coming next month, I would wait for something a bit more catchy
Thank you. I just came back from NAC boutique and they have these cf and I do love how the small cf with rose gold hw sits on me and beauty of the chain color that I almost caved in. I thought long and hard, decided to try if I have the luck to wait for the dark grey. Usually I am more of reissue gal, coz of 21a grey attracted me to cf and which I yet to have any in my collection, so I decided to hold and wait for the color/ caviar that my heart yearns for.
Instead, I bought a pair of earrings and necklace home.
