That is true, but it is valid for all the bags, the quilts are pretty flat. I am surprised when nowadays I get the bag with puffer quilts!

Yeap, for Chanel I guess it’s a take-it-or-leave-it thing or go for preloved.

Give up if you can.. your wallet will be very happy. Other than the puffiness, I noticed for this season, the quality of lambskin also differs with colours. The black had sturdier lambskin and seasonal ones like pink or light purple felt squishier. It felt kinda odd but Chanel has trained me well to look out for such fine differences - down to the shape of the flat head screws behind the turn lock. It’s a star shaped screw for the rose gold hardware vs the usual single line screw for other usual hardwares. Don’t even ask me how I got to this stage.

Mine arrived today!!! She’s beautiful!!! Hoping that since she’s metallic calfskin instead of lamb, she’ll be more durable… But love her nonetheless!!

Congrats! It's very pretty. I have this one reserved, but wasn't 100% sure due to what I've read about metallic finish rubbing off. Your picture is re-peaking my interest! Are you able to post mod shots?

These things cost a pretty penny and I hate how we have to
commit sight unseen, so I’d be happy to try to help. :) will post some for u tomorrow. :))
