Yes I think it’s worth it.
My SA didn’t say that this particular style is gonna be VIC only, but she did call me last weekend (somewhat unusual for her, she doesn’t usually call me about launches if I don’t request a piece specifically, which I didn’t for this collection), to let me know that I may not get this bag during this round since I don’t usually go in on launch day due to scheduling, and these bags are gonna be first come first served, likely to be gone by the time I go in. I don’t know if that was her gentle way of telling me that I’m not high enough on the totem pole to get them or it’s really just they are gonna be snatched up on launch day. Either way, I wasn’t actually interested in this style, there was a bit of misunderstanding where she thought I was talking about this bag when I went to the store last month, but I was actually talking about an evening bag.
I just saw it again, it was wonderoyeye on IG that had the beige pearl crush in stories.

Yeah the boutiques I spoke to said similar things. It’s a first come first serve bag and there’ll be no reserves. It’s the viral bag of this season but I too am not interested in it for some reason, the shiny leather is not appealing to me. At least my credit card will be safe.

Availability was pretty scarce in Germany. No bag I had reserved has been in yet. I had an appointment in the morning and the staff was busy stocking and decorating the shelves...

I saw the beige ones on display and they received the dark grey too. I didn’t really pay attention to the other colours.
There seemed to be a lot of stock compared to previous launches.
