my advisor just offered this black denim flower mini to me. I like it but just worried it’s not “classic” enough? I have a pretty robust collection of mini’s so I generally like something a little unique. Should I go for this one or a more plain design (like the 24S one)?

I love it, but I love seasonal prints. I think black patterns are pretty classic. I am pretty careful with my textile bags (at a restaurant or when I sit, they are in my lap or by my side) But, I am biased with respect to this print,* as I happen to have the denim jeans that match I’m not as fond of plain light denim bags bc, to me, they are only for the summer, and for a particular look, but of course, all of this is very subjective. Buy what you love and will use


ETA: * I did not buy this particular bag. I’m a reissue person, but mainly I wear Hermes bags.

This looks like a seasonal bag based on the hardware, so perhaps not the same dimensions at the classic square mini.

I saw it at the launch of the 24K collection. Honestly its far more gorgeous in person than I would have imagined. I didn't like it on the runway. I tried it on and it's not that heavy but the crystal work is substantial. I didn't ask about the price as I knew I wouldn't be able to justify buying something that I would only get very occasional use from.
