I’m exclusively interested in minis. One of my SAs said today that her boutique is not getting regular leather minis for prefall, only python, lizard, tweed, and wool. But after seeing other conflicting info here, I’m not sure what to think. Is there really a great variation between different boutiques?

Are you in the USA? I know that this boutique SA receives more popular items than my other SA here in SF. The store in SF barely gets anything. She mentioned the minis in caviar is going to be shiny like SS Act 2 but the code for them is different.

Yes, in the USA. My closest store is South Coast Plaza in OC, but I’m also in contact with different SAs. The one who gave me this intel about no leather minis is in Las Vegas Bellagio.

That’s so weird! The one that told me about the minis and colors for Act 1 is also from Bellagio? Not sure if maybe my SA has access to the buy book directly or not... but she knows I’m not interested in any exotics so she would only tell me minis that’s in caviar!

Pre fall and fall act 1 are different seasons. Pre fall releases around may.

Ahh okay, my mistake then. My SA was referring to Act 1, not pre-fall. @Breadnbrie your SA is right then for pre-fall stating there are no regular leathers. @lucycc thanks for the clarification!

Your SA knows about Act 1 already? So soon! When does this info usually come out? So Act 1 is what has the leather minis in the navy, pink, ivory that you mentioned earlier? Does your SA have an idea when these stock photos might be available?

Well if the collection releases around July then the list should be posted here around June. I’m surprised how her SA knows about act 1 already too. Thank you for the heads up tho!! @Alliiccee

Yes! She actually reached out to me yesterday afternoon since I was on the lookout for a square mini with lghw, and she said the next one that comes in will be mine. She then mentioned that Act 1 will also have them which releases July/August if no more come in for SS Act 2. And then provided me the list of colors that will be available for Act 2. I will ask her when the stock photos come out!

So gals I hate to cut in but the SA that you both have is one in the same. I gave the SA from the Belliago to @Breadnbrie because I initially got the SA's contact from @Alliiccee . P.S. I am not hating on her but she sold me two mini during cruise 2017 and knew that I wanted the beige mini even though I purchased the light beige from her and she never told me about this season's 18S beige. She actually refused to put me on the wait list this season because they were receiving the square beige with light gold hardware and she stated that she already had 11 people on the list. I had to source the mini from elsewhere but someone from that location added a tpf member on the list so she then became the 12th person in line for the beige. I texted said SA a few times and begged her to please consider me if anyone passes and she never replied. Take care folks and hope it gets cleared up.

I got confused and thought pre-fall is the same as Act 1. So it was a misunderstanding and info for both collections is correct so she wasn’t lying. I usually ask her what minis are coming out for her to give me the list. She also was on vacation in Europe for almost the whole month of March so maybe that’s why she didn’t respond? Sorry that you weren’t able to get one but I’m sure it was not intentional!
