How many orders did you make? I know our US friends are saying they're getting their 3rd+ orders automatically canceled. I'm at two right now that have just been shipped; if anything else gets in stock, I wonder if they'd cancel that instantly?

I’m in the US and placed four orders from the Chanel website for 5 items (last two were cancelled which is how I found out about that policy), then one order for two items over the phone from a Chanel beauty boutique, and one order for two items online from Saks. When I called the customer service line they said ordering directly from the beauty boutique doesn’t count towards the order limit. If a standalone beauty boutique or department store are options for you in Canada I would try that rather than risk cancellation if it’s something you really want.
Ladies, apparently the Chanel boutique in Aventura (Miami, FL) has water bottles.

yes ! i posted my haul a few pages back - i don’t have the candles, but they’re just black and white candles ! there’s a bunch of photos of it on instagram as wellhere’s part of my haul ! waiting on my water bottle to be delivered still - anybody know what they’re going to do with/how they will repurpose their cupcake toppers ?

Thanks! Sorry, I must have misread; I thought you were in Canada! Our beauty department pop-ups for this launch have all sold out. Today was the launch day across Canada and all of the hot ticket items were sold out within the first two hours. So I’ll be trying my luck on the website for the time being.

This is interesting..my online order has shipped and I see that if you click into the tracking info and look under See Full Order, it tells you what additional items have been included with the order. Unfortunately, the gifts they included in the package don’t seem too exciting…

Me too. I was nervous at first that they won't be shipped. But I guess yours, like mine, will be shipped. Otherwise they would have cancelled them already. Mine was "on hold" for about 3 days I think before it was changed to "in process".
