Are these personal shoppers confusing Pre-Fall with Fall/Winter, some of the items look like Pre-Fall which is likely delayed and shipping in July. Seems early to be taking deposits for and showing Fall/Winter items.

It’s getting really confusing now :doh::biggrin:
But I don’t think it’s late to make deposit for FW. If you think about it... Pre fall should be already out in stores by now. And FW in August so... the timing is right for 20B

So I looked at my burgundy picture next to the swatch picture @Ally ambrosio posted earlier in the thread.
While swatches aren’t always accurate I feel these do look a bit similar...I was personally hoping for a deep/dark saturated red. Thoughts?

Have you seen the red from 20S? (Current collection). Its the most saturated red I have seen IMO, more saturated than 19B (but not as dark as 17B)

Yes you can find other bags in caviar but not classic flap in mini size. They decided to stop the production two years ago and since then no more caviar in minis. That’s sad but the situation is this.

Minis are the most affordable type of classic flap and caviar is the most durable leather in Chanel: for these reasons, many people want to get a mini instead of a small classic flap but, if Chanel make minis in a leather that is considered more delicate and less durable like lambskin, maybe people would make other choices.
When I heard the new, two years ago, I was devasteted and I waited long time before buy a new Chanel bag, then I accepted the situation and now I have two minis, a rectangular and a square ones, both in lamb and I discovered lambskin is not this fragile and, if you have it in black, you can you can use pretty easily, clear coloured bag in lambskin are more delicate and you have to baby it, more to avoid stains or colour transfer than for scratches on the leather.

Thx for your sharing , maybe change my mind and get the lambskin first ....

I can tell you the price in euros: 3350 € for square mini (it was about 2640 € so 25% price increase) and 3500 for rectangular mini (it was 3050 before). In dollars it must be around 3500 but I’m not sure.

The rectangular mini is going to be $3800 with the new price increase. I’m not sure about the square, it might be $3500.
