I have not put any protectors on mine, once I wore them a few times and the soles scratched up a bit, they were fine and have not been slippery at all. I was expecting them to be, but haven’t been so far.

I sized one whole size down than usual Chanel shoes. Ballet flats, heels, wedges: I'm size 41, dad sandals 40.

Hello! Can anyone share their experience with how durable the leather dad sandals are? I saw this Youtuber share that the leather on his sandals ripped while walking. After that I’ve been so anxious when I wear mine

Agree with this. I have the white ones as well and have worn them 2 summer long on a regular basis. No issues and easy to clean.

Congrats! They look great on you. I bought the same style. Wear them outside on a rough surface like concrete so that you can break in the soles and add traction. Otherwise, yes, you can slip!

I'm thinking of having a cobbler add rubber soles to mine (once I figure out my size and buy them LOL). I'm so worried about slipping in them as I'm expecting.

The shoes run big. I’m 37 FR (23,7 cm) and I bought 36. Usually in Italian shoes I buy 36,5. But take care they run very big for a French brand.
I order adhesive soles on Amazon because I m afraid by cobbler the rubber soles will be too thick. I let you know.

Interesting, I really am seeing different opinions about the sizing on these. I really wish I could try them but unfortunately not traveling any time soon.
