I had to walk away from the Chanel Trendy in Turquoise. It was the one I originally wanted or the Deauville in Turquoise, but I can't justify the $10k price tag right now (with tax). That's a nice Hawaiian vacation for my 10 year anniversary.

The SA told me no store in Toronto ordered the Turquoise Deauville 🤦‍♀️ I also lovveedd the XXL travel flap but not in the budget right now.

It was the launch at the Montreal boutique this morning. They had 1 turquoise Deauville! ( They also had pale orange, turquoise, dark blue in large, purple Deauville in small )

I couldn't take many photos but they also didn't have any of the metallic bags.

I got the cute ticket scarf !

Sure it’s big but didn’t feel too absurdly big like the old airline xxl flag bag - I saw a few ladies on the streets of nyc wearing it out as a daily bag and always thought that one looked too big. I wasn’t really supposed to shop but I couldn’t stop thinking about it overnight so had to get it!! Also was tempted to get a black square mini but went with the “maxi” flap bag instead (that’s what they called it on the tag) since I’m expecting a first baby soon & I know it doesn’t make sense at all but I’m using an excuse to get this as a “diaper bag”!
