Chanel customer service number doesn't know the exact date of when this launch drops. I think because of shortages they are not giving out this information.

On some of the posts I see that the chanel 19 is available in gold only. What does that mean?

The Chanel 19 in beige will come in the normal Chanel 19 mixed hardware (gold cc and gold on the short chain and silver/gold/ruthenium on the longer chain) and in a different version that comes with silver cc and silver on the short chain replacing the gold components). This info is according to the buy list posted by @LilyLA

Boutiques and department stores ordering beige Chanel 19 flapbags have a choice between those two beige Chanel 19 options. Each store makes different buy decisions regarding the available options.

It seems that the particular store with the SA who sent @nat74 the image has decided to only buy the beige version with the silver cc and silver short chain with gold-tone. silver-tone, ruthenium finish on the longer shoulder chain. I'm not sure which store. You'll have to ask her.

BTW, everything I wrote about the 22C beige Chanel 19 also applies to the 22C black Chanel 19.

Rather than two distinct red colors, the dustier rose "red" color is actually dark pink (NG125).
Does anyone know the color code for the 22C bright red?

i just got the confirmation that the cruise collection will available from the 12th November at my local boutique in Brussels. I assume that for Europe it will be the same date. In the past it was always available in France then few days later rets of EU.

My SA did mention that for the classic flap it will be more exclusive. I think the rumor of a limited of classic bags for years is true.

I do have a very good relationship with my boutique and of course you will heard influencers like Tamara Kalinin saying the opposite.. It’s just because she is « famous » in the fashion industry and have several SA accros Europe.
