I think CHANEL is purposely alternating just like the current situation for trendy cc bags. This means that every other season will have coco handle bags. If there will be coco handle bags, then there won't be trendy cc bags. And vice versa.

It depends on the store and, in some cases, the SA

Generally, I’ve seen Vancouver be more first come/first serve but I’m sure there are VIP exceptions. Calgary/Toronto seem to be a mix bag and SA dependant. Some SAs work on a lottery system, others will hold items without payment. Others will pre-buy the item and do a reserve-like situation. Others will require you to enter the hunger games. I don’t have experience with Montreal.

I definitely laughed out loud. Yeah I spoke to two SA’s in Toronto- ones doing waitlist, other us first come first serve. Calgary is doing waitlist as well, I have yet to encounter an SA that will do preorders maybe it’s only for VIPs

Chanel customer service number doesn't know the exact date of when this launch drops. I think because of shortages they are not giving out this information.
