In the UK they seem to purposefully remove tags (showing style code/colour etc) however the stickers are usually kept on, unless it were a display or returned bag.
This is speaking from experience of buying a couple of bags in the last few months.
I was wondering the same, since the 22C I purchased had the protective stickers already removed when I went to pick it up. I asked my SA and she said she removed them…but this was the first time a newly purchased bag hasn’t had them included.
I noticed, handbags on the shelves have usually removed stickers (probably because so many people touch it) , when they are unopened from the storage they do have the stickers on. My SA at Chanel always keep the sticker on, but at Fendi, for example, I was asked if I would like to have the stickers removed.
It depends on the SA. Same with tags. Some are taught to remove all that stuff and some aren't. For the most part in the US they leave everything.
I am from California but have ordered from Florida and Texas, no stickers on logo turn lock on the majority 7/10 and missing a few tags as well.
I’ve had both. My NM SA removes everything, including the tag, but my standalone SA “lets” me keep everything because she know that I like the tags. My SA at the standalone said she’s supposed to remove the tags and stickers outside.

Hi, this bag looks beautiful but unfortunately it doesn’t work for my lifestyle. I tried on this exact same bag at the boutique. What I like about this bag is the classic look, the sturdy caviar leather, and the edge stitching; however, the strap is too long for me and I found opening and closing the bag is quite fuzzy as you need to turn the turnlock, open the flap, and then unzip the bag to access the items inside, and redo these steps to close it. If you keep the zipper pulls in the centre, you need both hands to unzip it. The one I tried on doesn’t have a smooth zipper. I tried leaving the zipper unzipped but the zipper pulls are hanging from the sides of the bag and it doesn’t look attractive. Some people are crisscrossing the strap underneath the flap to make it shorter but it’s too fuzzy for me especially at this price point. I prefer coco handle and business affinity over this, which have similar price point and both are in caviar.

So happy to add him, because it reminds me of original boy that Karl created and his time at Chanel. It’s masculine with a bit of feminine touch due to mini size
. I also love the simple smooth yummy calfskin.
I added pic of strap length compare to my rectangular mini ( they are about the same)
-Capacity it holds probably similar to classic mini but if you have a huge phone with a big thick case getting it in and out of the bag will be little challenging.
I normally don’t carry all these on pic, but taken just to show capacity.

I was wondering how do you think the structure and especially the sides would hold up? If I’m not mistaken, a common issue for the bigger boy is collapsed/squished sides. I do wonder if this needs a bag insert to prevent that, but it would reduce the capacity and might pose a challenge to fitting an iphone.
