Are you sure that the SA didn’t mean there was a waiting list that he/she had to contact customers on before offering it to you? That happens with some bags and that’s why I get on diff stores waiting lists if there’s a hot item to ensure I get it. If the SA phrased it like that, that’s absolutely appalling!!!
no waiting list, hun. SA said it clearly that the bag has been offered to more elite clients and there were only 2 in store and they can’t do a transfer. Went to another store to check of to confirm it was also sold out. Apparently there’s one more in other state but they refuse to do a transfer. They just not helpful. I’m more disappointed with how my SA put it. I thought we had a good relationship but turns out not (only in my imagination)
