Kinda rude...I posted I bought it and was very excited. Not very kind words to someone who was excited about her new red bag. One thing to say it’s not for you but another to call it ugly.

Are you sure that the SA didn’t mean there was a waiting list that he/she had to contact customers on before offering it to you? That happens with some bags and that’s why I get on diff stores waiting lists if there’s a hot item to ensure I get it. If the SA phrased it like that, that’s absolutely appalling!!!

That’s awful. You don’t have to accept that treatment from an SA. Find another SA to work with ... and don’t give up. There is someone who will help you find the bag that you want. If you’re in the US, feel free to pDM me for my SA’s contact info.

to go to another SA I have to start all over again and I have been with this SA for over a year with lots of purchases. Very disappointed and devastated not just for not getting the bag but also the relationships. I feel humiliated and afraid to walk into that store. anyway thanks for your kind words.
