Oh this is my unicorn bag - I’ve been looking for it everywhere in boutiques but unable to find it :-( congrats nevertheless!

Just as a background, my humble chanel collection currently consists of the following
1) blue-grey classic m/l flap in caviar with shw,
2) dark brown chevron old medium boy in calfskin with shiny ruthenium hardware
3) black chevron reissue size 226 in aged ghw (but I'm looking to sell as this is rarely used)

Your advices will be most appreciated, thank you!!!

Exactly my sentiments, this really was meant to be. I was close to giving up since I couldn't seem to locate a boutique that stocks this until hubby pulled this off, still in disbelief!!

OMG! Jackpot!!! I tink this looks edgier than the first one...but I do still love lambskin...but this one is THE one! congrats- your husband did SO well.

Glad you ended up with what you wanted, it’s lovely.

FTR: Every single Chanel I’ve purchased that was lambskin, I eventually sold. Their lamb is far too delicate. YSL has a durable lambskin (their loulou is adorable) that’s quite hard wearing.

IMO caviar looks richer in color than lamb and this one is so beautiful! congrats!
