Hi, everyone! I am so happy to find this forum I just bought my first Chanel and it’s a black mini caviar BA from the 21B collection. I almost got the mini flap in lamb skin but the SA from the Bellagio LV Chanel store suggested to get caviar since it’s my first one. She’s beautiful. No regrets whatsoever especially after discovering a lot of you love the BA

Yes i just bought it today in medium size, it just arrived yesterday,,but anyone experience crease on the lower back side? My BA has it, but si think they only have one in stock so maybe i will keep it..i really like the colour, since most of my bag is black
Can you show the picture ? My new BA black in medium also has slight crease on the lower back side.

Mine arrived with a crease on the back because there was no stuffing paper inside. I stuffed with air paper since I received it last Thursday. I'd say the crease is pretty much gone.
Just got my first BA in 21B gray (LOVE) and mine has creases as well on the back bottom left. I’ve tried stuffing it more but it hasn’t helped. Debating if I should return bag. What do you guys think? The color is simply stunning but the creases bother me a bit. Of course it was the only gray BA my local boutique got in so my SA said she could try and source another one from a different boutique next week…but there’s no guarantee. They have a black one which is gorgeous but this gray color is just amazing. Should I exchange for black or am I overreacting about creases? TY!

Hi all, in need of advice! I have been offered a BA in the colour I want but they only have it in the small, I was 100% wanting medium. Does anyone know if there is much difference between the two sizes and what can people fit in theirs if they have a small size? Thank you!
I haven’t seen the small in person, but I recently got the medium size and I’m absolutely in love with it! It fits the perfect amount and I think if you go down a size you may be disappointed… from what I’ve seen online and on this forum those who want a mini bag comparable to the mini rectangular is about how much fits in the small BA vs the medium definitely fits more.
What color are you looking to get? Are they able to order you the medium in the meantime?
when i bought my medium BA, the SA show to me also the small size..n i think its very small, it doesnt fit my iphone 12 pro max..so i prefer the medium one
I also got the gray BA and mine has creasing in the back. I posted about it too in the forum and was planning on exchanging or returning, but then I saw it from two other SA’s and both also had wrinkling/creasing, one slightly better but both in the same areas similar to those posted on here. IMO I love the gray as you can always get black, but it comes down to how much it bothers you. Initially it really bothered me but when I saw it seemed to be in a lot of them, I’m thinking of keeping it vs searching for the “perfect” one. Good luck deciding!
Thank you. It is super strange that the creases are all located in the same area. Initially the creases really bothered me because I thought it was only specific to my bag, but now that I’m hearing a lot of other BAs have them in the same spot I’m not stressing as much. I do love the gray…it’s a stunning neutral. And you’re right, the black will always be there. I hope you enjoy your BA! It’s such an amazing bag. Thanks again!
