I had a similar issue recently! I owned the medium and loved it but didn’t use it often. I realized that I actually prefer the small size, and sold my medium to the small when the color I want comes out.

Due to the price increases, I’m going to have to pay more for the small than I did the medium, but I’ve felt lighter ever since letting go of a bag that didn’t 100% work out for me.

tldr; sell the bag, buy the one that works better for your lifestyle!

Glad I'm not alone here! I'm going to put myself on the list for the medium and if I get it then great, if not... then it wasn't meant to be lol

I have a large BA in grey but I find it too big for my lifestyle... unless I'm traveling when I have to carry more. I'm contemplating on whether I should sell that and get a medium size instead. The only thing stopping me is that I got my large one last year and paid 4200, so I'll probably suffer a loss there to sell and the medium is now 4400. Would appreciate any advice!
Yes, you'll probable take a loss. I know with Fashionphile right now it's the "right size" and "popular" color that you'll either make a little more, break even, or tiny loss. Large BA's and it seems medium size don't tend to be in high demand vs the mini and smalls. My medium is from 21P and is the "caramel" color. I was selling a few other bags and thought I'd see what they'd do with a brand new highly poplular color. Obviously everyone else was trying to get their hands on the Coco Handle, mini, and regular classic flap in this color. After seeing those same bags appearing on FP priced $2K-3K more than they cost I wanted to see what they would offer. I wasn't going to sell because other than a very light dove grey I had seen on a Youtube video, this was a color I loved on the BA and didn't have anything else like it. They actually offered me $500 more than what I paid with tax. Again, it was an in demand color though. All you can do is try to sell it and see what you might get. I will say I know others love the mini and small, but I wanted a little more room than either of those two smaller sizes and I like I don't have to wear it crossbody.

I submitted for a quote and they quoted me $2800!! Ridiculous lol. That’s tough to swallow so I’m going to wait and try selling on FB

Yes, that's pretty low. That's the other bad thing about seasonal bags (and reissues)...if you try to sell later they usually just don't offer much. But, I'm going to buy what is more functional for me and what I know will get a lot of use instead of looking pretty on the shelf. Best wishes on your sell.

I just purchased the 21B Medium Black BA with LGHW and burgundy fabric lining. It‘s beautiful and practical. I had hoped this size would be slightly larger so that I could use it as an everyday bag. But I am able to fit most of my essentials in it. I love the full back pocket (for iPhone Plus) and its perfect as a crossbody. Also, I don’t think they have the Large version this season? And even if they did, seems that Large would be too big, bulky and heavy. I don’t know since I’ve never actually seen one in person. 2FAC94E7-272E-4B1F-B119-1C123485DF2E.jpeg

Any suggestion to choose black or grey?
