I found one in New Orleans, it was light blue almost gray color. I love it, but the interior was scratched... and its not something that I could live with. The SA was very kind and told me that it is very dificult to find one in the US. What I love about it, is the compartments inside the bag and that you can used it crossbody. It was medium size. I love it... but it was not the color for me... and of course I am not going to buy a new bag with scratches inside... Its like the name says.. a very business bag...

Hi, I have had my eye on the bag for awhile and managed to score 1 at my local store.

However, I did notice an unusual ‘fold’ and I am not sure if it’s supposed to be. I certainly think there might be something wrong with my bag..

I have attached a picture here.. does anyone of you experience this?

My gray medium (19B) BA is doing the same thing. I think it is the weight of the front zip compartment makes it lean forward like that.

How was it scratched? It has a fabric lining

I wonder if it’s an issue with the fabric lining not being as firm or structured? I have an older leather lined one and it doesn’t have this problem.

I’m not sure either but I don’t think it should ‘fold’ though..even when stuffed or unstuffed. The height should sit lower so it doesn’t create that effect when we close the bag

This is when it’s closed. My bag is not stuffed. Sorry for the light, had to use it otherwise too dark to see.

In that case it should be stiff enough to not lean forward. But again I’m not sure. Here’s mine

Here is mine.. it is leather lined. May be it tends to lean forward if you let the side button open. I normally let it open though..

Hmm.. not sure if it's because mine is fabric lined? Checked with the other pieces in the store and it was the same.

Mine has the same fold. I think it’s because of the zipped compartment like Sylly said.

I think you are right, the older versions that are completely leather lined are stiff enough not to bend like the new versions.
