Chanel 25 bag!

I dig this bag in pictures, I haven’t seen it irl yet. It’s reminiscent of the old Cambon reporter(?) bag with all the pockets to me!
I’m kinda dying to try it!
I love that Chanel is classic but also releases seasonal pieces that aren’t so predictable. Appeals to a broader market.

I don’t buy to sell, so I only purchase what I know I’ll wear… this one seems pretty utilitarian/practical.
Ha! I had the old Cambon reporter bag for about a week like 20+ years ago because it was the hottest bag, then I realized all the outside pockets look kind of ridiculous on me. So I exchanged it for the Cambon big tote- the one that looks like a Louis Vuitton Neverfull? Yeah, I still have this bag in my closet. It's a simple shape, black leather and black patent CC and hot pink interior.

25A Khaki arrived!!! It’s definitely more olive than khaki in my opinion but this is perfect for me. I’ve been wanting an olive bag for a long time and I’m so excited about this style. I hope I love using it as much as I think I will!

Been using my 25 every day and I love it! My only complaint is that the strap twists a bit on the shoulder. Anyone have success preventing that from happening?

Hi everyone had anyone purchased one of the metallic 25s and if so is it durable, hows the quality overall? I am considering the bronze ones but know metallic leathers can be delicate. Any info of your IRL experience with the bag would be great

I’ve seen it online but hadn’t noticed the leather difference and I can’t tell if I like the mixed color hardware 🤔
Agreed.I was so excited to see the shiny calfskin was back. But, I want the classic gold hardware…maybe this means they will be releasing the shiny calfskin in the seasons to come.

I ended up getting a 25 in small light grey and absolutely love it. It's very practical and easy to use and has a more youthful feel but still has some classic elements and a ton of polish. I'd been hoping for a medium grey and didn't realize the grey available was so light (I think there's a darker one coming out), it's almost white but it plays nicely with the more playful look of the bag and is so versatile to work into my wardrobe. My only fear is color transfer or damage to the light color but I'm just trying to enjoy it (so if anyone has advice on not being too precious with a light caviar out of fear or experience where it ended up being more resilient than they thought, I'd love to hear it!). But I highly recommend the bag!
