How are people finding it compares to the 22? I personally find the 22 a lot more practical - more comfortable to wear, softer leather, sits closer to the body, easier to get in and out of, more secure with its opening being pressed closed, more room and lighter. But, I have found after initial hesitation and after about a month of wearing it every day, that I enjoy that the 25 feels more like a proper handbag, it has more about it, and so I don’t feel as conscious about it not being smart enough as I sometimes do with the 22, but it’s still a relaxed and easy going bag.

I love the 22 bag as well. It doesn't stick out as much and you can just throw whatever you want in there w/o thinking much. I feel like the 22 is straight up casual while 25 is a little bit more fancier version of 22. I love both bags honestly. I have both 22 and 25 in small sizes so I can't speak for the bigger sizes.
