I think this is the biggest Chanel packaging I’ve ever had.. :lol:

And here is my new Medium 25 in Caviar.. I was lucky to try all 3 sizes. I feel the small one is too shallow and unsafe, while Medium is deeper. Medium also comes with pouch which is nice for the high price we paid (even though I never use my 22 and deauville pouches) and medium has leather tab on shoulder to make it comfortable.
Large is definitely too big for my needs. So the winner is Medium.. :love:

Have you tried online customer service? If you give them the item number (which can be found on Chanel’s website), sometimes they can look to locate the item for you. However since these bags are so popular at this point, there is no guarantee as I am sure there are already long wait lists. But worth a try. Good luck ;)

Can anyone with the small 25 speak to the bag opening? It looks as though it will always be ‘open’ even when fully cinched. I like the look of the bag when it isn’t cinched much at all but worry that then the bag is wide open and things can fall out. TIA!

I have small 25 black caviar , love the look and detail craftsmanship of it . The only problem for me is the bag is not secure enough . If close all the way , giving this triangle shape which quite weird imo but if half open , people can pick pocket. Other than that, it’s quite sturdy and good looking. The capacity is not as much compare to small Chanel 22. The bag little bulky too ,when fill up but maybe will feel different depends on material ( suede vs leather )

Same, I will wait, for me this is not Hermes… lol and I quit Hermes already so… don’t get me wrong I love the H I have, but enough is enough and all my SA’s left at H, so that’s that.

Finally picked up my Chanel 25 small in black denim. My first impression: the bag is super light and very cute! However, I wish that the bag strap can be a little bit longer. Unlike others, I do actually like the look of the bag when it is completely closed all the way, although yes, it is still going to be an open bag, but since the strap is a lot shorter comparing to medium or large, i feel that having pickpocketing or things falling out is harder when wearing on your shoulder. I am still on the fence about the medium size (which I never get a chance to try on in real life), I found the shape of the bag in medium/large is more proportionate, and the bag strap makes it more comfortable. Small one is cute but definitely a lot smaller, the denim is so soft and very easy to wear, denim material makes the bag more flexible and form nicely to your body even with the bulky shape comparing to caviar. I am debating whether i should wait for a medium but the more i think about it, because the bag could potentially be bigger and hence even more bulky, I might end up not using it as often comparing to the small size. I also bought a Bag and Sense organizer and it fits perfectly, love the nylon material comparing to felt, thank you @DrTootr for the recs :)

Overall, i think this bag is a keeper. The shape is growing on me every time I try her on. Thought I post some mod shots for the reference, i am 5’4. First denim bag and I am in love!

Also posted a mod shot for the large size that I got to try on during my recent Hawaii trip. Definitely a very large bag!
