Been carrying this thing to work all winter, since almost all of my other bags are in storage. It fits *all* my stuff, lol. Lunch, water bottle, journal, current knitting project, make-up, keys, phone… it’s actually kind of a problem . I’ll stop at the grocery store after work and not even need a bag. Coach Bedford Hobo. I kind of want to scroll poshmark and get it in other colors. It’s handy.

Your “workhorse” is an absolute thoroughbred, dissyg! :hbeat:

Well, that was that for that! Month has changed and so has my bag.
Taylor got some long needed action and I'm really loving carrying her.
My thoughts on this experiment:

+ the ease of not using time and energy thinking about what bag to carry
+ thinking of my outfits in a simpler way since my bag wasn't going to change - I wore my black boots and shoes and my favorite white flannel shirt jacket all month

- I started lugging too much stuff around since I didn't switch my bag as often as I normally do
- I might not have chosen Taylor for running errands or a dinner date if circumstances were different

I will be adding Taylor in my rotation more often but at the same time I do love having options - sometimes a WOC or a nylon tote just is the best option!

For this month I think I'll try how my Field tote 30 answers to the challenge.

How's it going with all you taking part in this challenge? Happy? Missing other bags?

Loving this bag more every time I see it! Hobo is the best style - and it's a sneaky one as the bag doesn't seem like it has a 50 gallon capacity but you can really pack up some stuff in it!

While that brown bag served me well, I am happy to be switching to a more cheerful color.
I did not have to worry about matching outfits since it is winter here, it was brown bag and a plenitude of black jackets and coats.
In retrospect, This Longchamp brown leather bag while boring is quite versatile and despite being dragged on multiple means of transportation still looks fine.
I happily cleaned it and stuffed it back in the closet. I picked a red large hobo style bag for the week and changed accessories as well.

Longchamp bags are really durable but I do see why it would seem a bit boring or basic for long time use. This is why I chose the bag I did, as it's special enough and I knew it wouldn't bore me by day 5. Although my eyes did start to wander after a few days...

Please tell the curious folks more about your red hobo! It sounds amazing

Thank you. I inventoried my purses and rediscovered a red Furla with stamped leather from 2005/2006.
If you store your stuff long enough, once you find it again, you love it all over again.
