Thanks for your response. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. That’s super disappointing. I’m seriously considering getting an Andiamo or a Jodie bag. The lifetime warranty helps me justify the purchase to myself, but if they have a habit of not honoring it, I’m starting to think it may be a marketing ploy.
