Thought I would update on my order from Otticanet too.

Received mine today.

The first order, FedEx lost the package. Otticanet sent another but did advise me it would take 10-15 working days for them to get them in stock. Took around 7 working days. From there, they were sent out straight away. Was 4 days from Italy to me in rural Australia to receive them.

They came with the soft case, cleaning cloth, instructions and a guarantee. All perfectly packaged for the long journey. I thought their communication was great. Replies received in under 24 hours and always polite. I'd be happy to order from them again.

Sorry the others have had bad experiences. I guess with the volume of stock they handle, things can go haywire at times.

Before calling NY Celine store to ask if they have any old Audreys in stock, I came across this on eBay.
The packaging looks pretty fake to me but the seller is convinced it's 100% authentic. Is it?!

I ordered from Ottica via Ebay and I got them superfast in 10 days.

Bought the Celine original Audreys. They're so huge, sometimes they would slide down my nose. Is there a way to remedy this if there's no bridge?

I had the slide down problem too. Just walked into my local optometrist and they fixed it for me. I believe they have a special little machine that gears the arms and then they shape it. I've been wearing mine mon stop this last week and I love them. I'll be purchasing the tortishell ones soon.

I had the slide down problem too. Just walked into my local optometrist and they fixed it for me. I believe they have a special little machine that gears the arms and then they shape it. I've been wearing mine mon stop this last week and I love them. I'll be purchasing the tortishell ones soon.

I had a good experience with Ottica that I ordered another pair of Audreys, but this time in the smaller (new) Audrey style in Tortoise. It came even faster this time! Ordered/paid on 5/28, received on 5/30!

I actually like both style of Audreys! Perhaps the smaller new style fits me better?

I found the large black Audrey's at my local Nordstrom (Topanga Westfield, CA). I was so shocked that they started carrying Celine sunglasses ! They had a bunch of luggage totes as well.

Here are some pics! The sunglasses are the original Audrey's.

I ask the seller and they said its transparent... i just want to make sure that its original or not... please reply me ASAP

After 25 business days (about 5 weeks), I finally received my black classic Audreys from Otticanet. They look new and pristine, and came with a black Celine pouch, Celine cloth, Otticanet cloth and an information paper from Safilo. I'm pretty sure of the authenticity since I've compared it to what I've seen on PF so far, even though it didn't come with an authenticity card. The Audreys are a little loose around my head so I'll probably end up getting them tightened a bit.

In the end I got my glasses but it wasn't a very good shopping experience. The wait was long and after some 3-5 emails asking for updates, I was convinced that Otticanet themselves didn't even know when they were going to get the glasses from the manufacturer. Also, my card was charged way before they even notified me that they were going to ship it. The shipping took about 5 days and I had to pay around $45 CAD in duties and taxes.

I've seen the lucky few people get their purchases immediately, but for someone thinking of buying from Otticanet, remember that it's a total crap shoot.

I can't tell apart the small and the large audrey on the online shops! Could anyone help me with what they are called??? is the small ones those who say: "41755/S" ?

Hi Missty4 ~ I actually LOVE the tortoise Audrey shape on you! It seems to fit your face perfectly - so much so I purchased a pair too. I have the orignal XL Audrey in tortoise so I purchased the new shape in black. Can't wait for them to arrive!

I just bought a pair of the deep square sunglasses from Solstice and noticed after I got home that they don't fold properly. If you put the right arm down first, then the left arm folds flat, but not vice versa. I called three different Solstice stores in NYC and they all told me that that's normal.

I'm not convinced. Anyone else have this problem?
