I can step up and vouch that she hasn't had either. Nose is from makeup contouring, boobs are from the dress.
and you can look at current papo pics of her without a bra, she's not had a boob job.

Why does the outline of her lips look so brown ?

Jocelyn Wildenstein has the same things and it looks awful - but then she now has grey colored skin - almost - unhealthy

Paris wears the ALL the time. A good push up (or dress made that way) can lift AND separate you girly bits.

Do you think she would go out in public with two brown stripes running down the side of her nose and around the nostrils?
That may work for photography, but it doesn't work in person.
She had her nose thinned. It's standard in Hollywood and it looks nice on her. She didn't go too (Janet Jackson) thin.
