I just bask in my customs. I'm so glad I ordered a huge amount of old cut customs before the change.
I have a very high arch so my foot doesn't sit flat in shoes. I can't even wear most booties because of that.
Oh well. Glad I have enough old piggys to get me though until I'm old and rocking them in a wheelchair

All the best with your training CC - kudos to your get fit spirit. Hmmm feeling gulity as hell that this has been the only version of anything marathon that i've been upto :couch:

Thank you ladies. I'm so out of shape after this last baby. I'm doing pretty good fast though. Body not really changing but running almost daily. Gotta do it now before I give up you know ?

One of the things that helped me most post-baby was weight training (body sculpt). Much more effective than just doing cardio at reshaping the body and speeding up your metabolism. Best of luck with all of your hard work :woohoo:

Out of curiosity what half marathon are you training for? I'm training for a couple in the city too!
