CC earrings or Tiffany hearts

I have those tiffany hearts. I've had them almost a year now. I think they are a better choice over the chanels. If the chanels were real silver or gold I would say get them. I just don't get buying costume jewelry at such high prices. :shrugs:

Well, seeing as that 1st pic of the Chanels is mine lol, I vote for those! (And they were indeed $180 USD, btw.) They are super cute, I was between those and the $225 small crystal ones, but the fact that the crystals fall out with regular wear was a huge turnoff.

It's a really tough choice. Personally, lookswise, I like the Chanel ones A LOT better. In fact, I'm in love with the CC earrings. They are super cute and can easily make any outfit chic. However, for that price, they won't even make them in silver. It's as if they want to squeeze every last penny out of the profit margin. Silver is already pretty cheap but they have to use Nickel. That aside, since my ears can take Nickel, I would still buy them BUT there have been so many problems with stones falling out and stuggles to get Chanel to replace them and I just don't want to have to deal with the headache of that. For those reasons alone, I would recommend Tiffanys.

If you have sensitive ears, do not get the Chanel earrings if you want to wear them every day. They are cruddy metal, not even silver. The small Chanels are very small too.

I was going to originally suggest the CC crystal earrings, but everyone made such good points:
- they would be horrible for every day wear
- they get faked too often

If you're afraid the hearts might not be as chic as the CC earrings, Tiffany's has several other designs that you might love.
