Cartier vs De Beers

The only "negative" for me is this is a new design and not not an iconic piece like JUC. I feel like everybody knows JUS not nodoby will know the other one. I feel like maybe i m missing something not buying on iconic piece?! Or not?!
I mean the diamonds are diamonds no need of other introduction. What do you thiink?
To address this specific point, I honestly think it's more important that you buy the one that makes you happy, not the one that will impress others.
It doesn't matter if other people know what the brand and value is, all that matters is that you are wearing something that will make you smile when you look at it.
In the end, you are the one who will spend your money, you are the one who will own it forever, you are the one who will wear and style it, therefore you are the only one who has to appreciate the piece- whether or not others recognize it or admire it.
Which one makes you happy when you try it on?
Forget about which one other people will recognize, forget how they stack with your other jewels (they can be worn separately), forget how they shine (each piece shines in its own way)... which one feels like it fits your personal style and which will you want to wear all the time?
They both look stunning on you, go with the one you will enjoy most.

Think long and hard what you want now and in the future. The JUC is iconic, but it's not classic as compared with DB. JUC is more edgy - would you tire of it and then keep in your jewelry box? Would you wear the DB on a regular basis or put aside as it all diamonds? I came very close to buying JUC ring this year, but really wanted the bracelet with diamonds or LOVE w/ diamonds. I'm glad I waited b/c I started thinking of trend vs. classic design for the long haul. Both look great on you so It will be your choice.Good luck:smile:

Wow thanks to all who took time to reply, i ‘m a new member and i m so pleased to discover this community. I ve made an acc only for this post but now I think i will stay for awhile  I end up buying JUC ring with diamonds only because i m planning to start a Cartier collection/stack and i already have one diamond eternity ring from De Beers, but not too much gold and diamonds rings. I ve seen some great stacks here and i love love them!
Anyway that ring is still in my mind, probably i liked it bit more the JUC but at the moment it’s number 3th on my wish list, after i will buy my Love bracelet.
However i have another question regarding my next purchase. I m going to buy my first love , in yellow gold and i dont know if the ones with diamonds really deserves the extra money...somehow i m not very motivated to spend that much for so little bling. I can see the diamonds in JUC sparks so much more and spending the extra $$ is somehow justified...but at Love barely can see the diamonds. At least this is my feeling. I can see some people are like “i have to have the diamonds otherways i will always feel like something is missing” sort of thing. Those of you having the plain Loves do you feel like the diamonds are missing?

Thank you guys

Also a love will strach my solid yellow gold rolex if i wear them togheder?

Hi all! I am hoping to get some advice about a De Beers piece. I'm interested in purchasing a pair of De Beers earrings from a seller on Vestiaire Collective - but I have heard bad things about their authenticity process. The seller has provided me with a photo of the Authenticity Card and seems legit. De Beers said they will not authenticate anything not purchased through them. Any advice on how to check the details on the card/tell tell signs on the packaging etc would be greatly appreciated!

I absolutely love that De Beers ring on you. I would be curious to see it stacked with the love too?

Edit: Oops I didn't realize this was an old thread.
