Love love love my Small Love!! I have horrible man hands down excuse the photos. Looking forward to adding a stack as she’s quite lonely right now!

Congrats on your purchase!

Don’t think you have man hands, just strong looking hands, which I think is a good thing!

Yes, the small versions get lonely in my opinion!

I’ve had my small love for about 2 months now and have never taken it off since putting it on. Just now while I was getting my daughter out of her car seat I noticed my bracelet had somehow come undone and was hanging off my arm. I don’t carry my screwdriver with me and am out of town but was able to close the screw with a hair clip I happened to have handy. I have no idea how it came undone at all as I only stack it with the trinity cord bracelet and a VCA sweet bracelet.

Wondering if anybody else has had this happen or if you have any suggestions on what you would do if you were in my situation. Thankfully I have it insured but I haven’t updated the amount it is covered for since the last increase.

I’ve had mine for 2 years and mine has never come loose, but I have read of at least one story that was similar to yours.

Best to have Cartier take a look at it in my opinion.

That what I was thinking. I recently moved away from my local boutique and the closest one now is 3 hours away so I have to decide if I want to mail it to my old SA or take the 3 hour drive to have it checked out. I would try to do it while I am out of town since there is one about an hour away but I doubt I’ll be able to get an appointment tomorrow on such short notice and on a Saturday. ughhhh

Maybe you can try to request that they send you a prepaid shipping label?

I’ve never returned anything from them, but I order many other things from stores online so I would think they might accommodate you especially since your item is fairly new.

Either that or wait to get to a store. You can try for an appt. because they may set you up with an After Sales Associate, and they may be more readily available. Doesn’t hurt to try.

I also keep an eye on the lock mechanism fairly frequently. Also, my lock mechanism is fairly tight in case that helps.

Good luck!
