The question is what "new" and "old" means ... there are at least 4-5 screw mechanisms not even to speak of the SM and reg pavé mechanisms. It does not have the "newest" one.

so will it be risky to purchase now if I can find one? thxThe question is what "new" and "old" means ... there are at least 4-5 screw mechanisms not even to speak of the SM and reg pavé mechanisms. It does not have the "newest" one.
oh wow interesting & good to know thx.. ok now to find a good one in my sizeIn my case after changing to the "newest" system on another Love it got much worse so if you'd ask me it's even less risky.
do you know why they were discontinued? thx... and they are *really* beautiful![]()

The RG came out later than white gold, I reckon anything after 2011 it should have the new screw system (screw don't come out) My white gold Rainbow is 2011 & still have the new screw system although I did sent mine last year for screw update (the latest one they have) as my SA suggested because I stack 2 regular loves 24/7 & I jog & surf. Rainbow is such a unique love & u dont see often. Goodluck & with Natella you'll be in good hands, make sure to ask lots of questions n do due diligence before buying any preloved high end piece.Does anyone know if the Love Rainbow has the old screw system & if so, is that an issue? What's the difference of the newer screw system? Also will the love pair well with vca perlee sweet clover or will one get scratched? thx!

My love bracelet has the original screw when I purchased it 8 years ago then last year when I took my clash bracelet for repair my SA told about the newer screws they have for love bracelets and offered me a free service if I wanted to update it to a newer one which I dont mind. The older screws in my case doesn't come off (that style was been phased out my cartier a long time ago due to a lot of people complaining about it). Now for the comparison between the 2 the newer one according to my SA is more secured and when I tighten it I could feel/hear tiny 2 clicks before the bracelet is fully secured vs the older one that just like any other screws but does do the job. Also he mentioned to me that with the newer one it is less likely to get worn out so it is way better in the long run. And for VCA and love stack my answer to that is no -the love bracelet has a smooth side so it won't scratch the VCA though my bracelets is on tighter fit so even after many years they barely have any scratches on them. The reason I got rid of my VCA is that I barely use them and they are not as carefree as cartier and I hate taking it on and off.Does anyone know if the Love Rainbow has the old screw system & if so, is that an issue? this is all so helpful thank u! great to know they won't scratch.. I actually love the idea of taking the vca off & on LOL b/c I'm a tennis player & am worried about them getting scratched while playing.. I guess with the love, I can put a wrist band on top so nothing happens while I play. So I should get same size of love & vca so that they stack well right? My love bracelet has the original screw when I purchased it 8 years ago then last year when I took my clash bracelet for repair my SA told about the newer screws they have for love bracelets and offered me a free service if I wanted to update it to a newer one which I dont mind.
