Noob question, to lock in the current price, do we need to purchase whatever's in stock right now? Or, can we ask to have something ordered (even though there's stock at boutique) and pay in full?

When I spoke to customer care, the ring I'm interested in is showing 1 available at the boutique. I don't live close to it and I'm waiting for a call back but the person that answered seemed to suggest it was the display (but of course, still in 'pristine' condition).

Hi!

From my experience (London, UK), I've been able to lock in the current price of a piece when I ask it to be reserved for me for at least 40% of the price paid as a deposit. Check in with them and see how it works where you are, then you can pay the rest within a year's time or so I remember. Good luck!!

Thanks! I hope I don't need to purchase the display piece just to lock in the price.

You can order, just pay in full before.
