They're a Swiss parent company

At the end of they they still need UK customers, otherwise we (UK peeps) may just as well 'take a holiday' and shop in the EU.

what is 10-20% increase? I’m looking at loves and JUC line and everything has gone up around 2/3%? E.g the WG love was £6250 now £6400?

Yup, my SA USA said no love increase!! I asked if she knew which items were being increased and she said "several but don't know exactly"

Yes I did also. I called the Customer Service number and that's what I was told.
