@scheurin, so glad to hear that your issue was resolved. Enjoy your bracelet!Seems I was able to reach an agreement with Cartier.
This is very interesting, thank you for sharing your screenshots ! Any clue if they will also decrease the regular love bracelets? I'm in Canada as well.Oh wow, there’s a price decrease in Canada as well. I thought I’d double checked screen shots I took in Jan/Feb this year. The JuC YG with 3 rows diamonds price has dropped from C$13,400 to C$12,000. That’s a huge saving! One can buy a JuC with D ring and just about another plain JuC ring with this drop. I think it may be on par with the F/X decrease between Canada & US. I remembered one SA mentioned to me a long time ago that Cartier tries to keep their global prices relatively the same so people don’t find one country that much cheaper than another. I found buying in Canada to be about a few hundreds $ more than buying in the US but it’s also because we have 13% sales tax.
Btw, in looking at the screenshots of the Love rings, only the WG Ceramic pave diamonds decreased from C$14,800 to $13,300. So I’m not sure if this is more of a strategic pricing to move certain models since it doesn’t seem to be across the board.

I think it was just some items. The classic pieces don’t seem to ever decrease in price, only increase. However, keep an eye out for the US for when the border reopens if you can wait that long. I usually buy my Cartier pieces in the US. With the lower exchange rate, the gap in price plus tax can be significant. This is very interesting, thank you for sharing your screenshots ! Has anyone based in UK order from Cartier online recently? Did you have to pay extra custom feesThe EU main depot is in Amsterdam, yes. But they don't carry everything. It happened to me that they needed to get it from Switzerland. As the UK left the EU there is no benefit for Cartier to route through Amsterdam and go through customs twice as often. However, I lack detailed information just combining what I know.
Yes, I’m based in the UK and have ordered 4 times since March, didn’t have to pay any customs fees.Has anyone based in UK order from Cartier online recently? Did you have to pay extra custom fees
many thanks
Thanks for the reply. I just noticed my order has been shipped from Amsterdam. I should have ordered from Harrods instead xThere should be no extra charge. However, you obviously pay for shipping and customs but that's included in the initial price you pay![]()
You can also contact the boutique on New Bond Street directly. My pieces usually arrive in 2 working days. Thanks for the reply. I just noticed my order has been shipped from Amsterdam. I should have ordered from Harrods instead x
